Who is eligible to join this programme?

ELTO participants are required to be government employees who use English language in their position to achieve national development objectives and who have a background of knowledge in the thematic area that is identified for the particular intake/course.

Participants must also have a current IELTS (International English Language Testing System) score of 4.5 - 5.5 on the Academic Module, and be no older than 45 years of age at the time of commencing participation.
