I have taught at all levels of primary and intermediate schools, and have had extensive experience in middle management in a year 7 to year 13 College. My recent advisory work in schools has involved facilitating successful professional learning and development in literacy which contributed to effective teacher practice to meet the needs of all students. My MEd research focused on factors that support Year 7 and 8 boys becoming motivated and active writers. I am available to provide a range of professional learning and development support for schools, principals, middle management and classroom teachers. This includes; designing and implementing teaching programmes across the curriculum, assessment for learning, all aspects of literacy and drama in education.
