In my current position as education consultant I work with schools to provide needs-based professional learning and development. I have proven experience in supporting schools to build appropriate assessment practices to gather, analyse and interpret student achievement information and using it to improve teaching and learning. I am particularly interested in developing and extending content and pedagogical knowledge across the NZC with an emphasis on encouraging student engagement and raising achievement.
